Assuming that SF2 timeline is the present and SF3 is the future and there’s no 
significant number of years in the transition (storywise) of SF2 to SSF2T, then 
the ages of our SF characters would be (based on the information I have) 

Ryu 30 
Ken 29 
Chun-Li 27 
Guile 34 
E.Honda 34 
Dhalsim 42 
Blanka 28 
Zangief 38 
Balrog 
Vega 27 
Sagat 39 
M.Bison ?? 
Fei-Long 
Cammy 20 
T.Hawk 35 
Dee Jay 29 

There’s something wrong here. How many years did the alpha series storyline 
occurred before SF2? Probably less than 10. Then if that’s the case, then we 
should subtract ten to the ages of all the characters in SSF2T since they’re all 
in SFA3, right? 
But how come only Ryu and Ken looked younger? In fact they looked so much 
younger than Chun-Li. Following this analogy, then Cammy should be 10 yrs. old 
in the alpha series, which also means that she should be younger than Sakura. 
Now, I’m confused.Can someone give me an explanation? 
Capcom probably realized that they made a mistake by not making the characters 
look younger in SFA, that’s why when those SFA characters returned in CVS, only 
Ryu, and Ken were redrawn.

My books states all the ages and stuff for all the characters in every game!

Anyway, I think Alpha takes place around 4-5 years before SFII. Cammy would be 
around 15-16 (which is about right). Sakura would also probably be 20 by the 
SFII period. As for SFIII, I think that also takes place 5-6 years after SFII. 
That would make Chun Li 32-33, Ken 34-35, Ryu 35-36...that seems about right.

Nah! SFs don't get old (like Sakura for example). They're like comic book 
characters. Their looks remain that way.
